    This leafy green Rocket produces tender leaves perfect for adding to a salad! Grow these hydroponically in your EcoKitchen or XLsmartgarden grows kits to save time, water, and stress!

    Rocket prefers to be planted quite deep in the soil, this helps it grow strong stems that are able to hold up the full weight of the leaf. Rocket can be eaten at all stages of growth however, if you want a more peppery flavour wait until the leaves have matured (roughly 5 weeks)!

    Harvesting; Once your plants have around 10cm tall you can begin harvesting! Rocket will keep growing for months so pick the outer leaves as needed.

    Rocket is a highly versatile green so don’t hesitate to add it to whatever your making or try adding it to a salad or pizza for a fresh peppery kick!

    I may have missed the memo on only planting 2 seeds into each grow cup and it may have ended up being 4 or 5 seeds per cup... nonetheless, the success of my first crop has been outstanding! Within 3 weeks I was able to to start harvesting. I still have a forest of rocket to contend with several weeks after I began harvesting, despite my best efforts to eat through it. BEWARE!! You will need to harvest double the required amount due to make up for the 'snacking' that occurs before it reaches its destined dish. Perhaps my overstep on the quantity of seeds has worked in my favour after all. Highly recommend!
