    Where is my product shipped from?
    Orders for Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, and India are shipped from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia. UK and EU customers should shop directly from our dedicated store at www.gathera.co.uk, where orders ship from our UK warehouse in Bristol.
    How long is postage and what is the cost?
    Australia: Shipping is typically 2-6 business days. Orders over $140 AUD qualify for free domestic postage (may change during sale periods). Sydney Metro, Canberra, and Melbourne Metro areas often receive orders within 2–3 business days.

    What countries do you ship to?

    How do I use grow lights effectively?
    Distance & Time: For most houseplants, place the light 30-60cm (12-24 inches) away and run for a 12–16 hour photoperiod. Seedlings and herbs may require the light closer (15-30cm). Using a timer is highly recommended for consistency.
