I haven't had to buy lettuce in a year. In summer it only takes four weeks from seed to picking. Basil and dill love it, and silverbeet is ready every few days. My seedlings grow so much faster and healthier in the system than in soil. I've even started feeding nutrients to my monstera and it just produced a new leaf.
