Sun Flower Seeds

Grow in Smart Soil or Rockwool in your hydroponic unit and if you wish to, later move the plant to larger pots indoors or move them to out door environments. You can otherwise simply let it grow in your hydroponic system. Plant 2cm deep.

The young leaves can be harvested as needed and used in salads, cooked like you cook spinach or  baked like kale amongst many other uses.

You can use them as garnishes in various recipes. Our Sun Flower seeds are shell seeds.
